Order & Payment

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply select your desired products, add them to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process. There you can enter your delivery address and select a payment method.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other common online payment methods.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Modifications or cancelations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a link to track your shipment, where you can view the current status of your order.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. You can order as many or as few items as you like. However, please note that we offer free shipping for orders over 149€.

Shipping and delivery

What are the shipping costs for my order?

We offer free shipping on most items. For bulky or heavy items weighing over 70 kg, however, a bulky goods surcharge applies.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time varies depending on availability and delivery location. However, we usually ship our furniture directly from Sweden. Shipping then takes around 10-14 working days. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are currently concentrating on shipping within Germany. Plans for international shipping are under development.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home, the delivery service will leave a message and arrange another delivery attempt.

Can I have a delivery sent to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, that is possible. You can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process.
